Hello everyone, nice to be here for the first time (and so glad that I got to secure the name of my fave band 
)
Like many of you, I started collecting Pokémon when I was only 8 years old. Now that I’m an adult and have money, I wanted to fulfill my childhood dream of completing all the Wizards of the Coast sets.
Now that I’ve finished the Black Star series, I’ve started to get interested in all the items related to these cards. For example, the Nintendo Power magazines, like issue #131 that included Sabrina’s Abra or issue #137, where the originally featured Rockets Mewtwo
Among these things, I’ve been looking for information about Jigglypuff #7 and haven’t found much. Yes, it was included with the soundtrack. However, it didn’t come directly with it, but rather with an insert that asked you to mail in to receive the card. Has anyone here seen how the card was actually sent to you? Was it just an envelope with the card inside? Did it come in a plastic sleeve? Did it include any kind of explanatory note?
All of that information fascinates me, and I’d love to know if any of you have knowledge about my question.
