I am very interested in the Tropical Wind cards and I got two offers that I don’t know if they are good/acceptable since I am quite new to the game.
How can I come up with a fair market value for such thinly traded cards?
P.s: My goal is to get one of each year so in case anyone wants to get rid of one - just text me

the only real way of juding whether you are getting a good deal is by checking the past sold listings on platforms like ebay, and whether you are comfortable with the purchase price
unfortunately there isn’t a magic way. if you are just after the arts then it would make one heck of a binder set to get the 2004 onward ones in other languages
try checking the psa site for sales, ebay and pwcc
