hi guys basically i recently come across a mint condiion Tropical Wind DP05 TOP 16 worlds 07 and i have tried to find out some info about the cards but there seems to be little info out there. If anyone knows about this set and can filll me in with market values especially for the card mentioned above it would be a great help 
also i noticed some variants had the word STAFF on them how do these compare to say top 16 and top 32 cards in value and rarity? I checked PSA pop report and it seems barely any have been graded like 1 10 and and just a handful more, how rare are these cards?
2004 had no top 32 card. They are rare for sure. The higher the rank the rarer they are. Staff is the least rare.
The least rare are the language (no bottom stamp) cards.
The finalist is the rarest until 2012, then they started awarding the champion. The finalist and champion will earn more of a premium than the other versions.
