I am looking to buy a 2007 Tropical Wind Staff PSA 9 and a Semi-Finalist PSA 9. Its hard to put a fixed price on those, but here is what I was thinking:
Staff PSA 9: 1.8k - 2k USD
Semi-Finalist PSA 9: 3.5k - 4k USD

how come the 2007 ones seem so much rarer than the other years around it like 2006, 2008 etc
The 2007 Pokemon World Championship took place in Hawaii for the first time ever. 2007 has (based on the information which I have) the lowest amount of competitors and probably there were also fewer Staff members present at the event. Therefore the 2007 Tropical Wind cards are more rare than 06 or 08 I guess. Also in 2007 they only had competitors in the TCG, while in 2008 they also had the video game competition, which might have resulted in double of the amount of placement stamped cards and which probably required a lot more Staff members (if my thought on that is correct)
