Don’t love to see that while I wait for them to PayPal me 4 figures. Been waiting on it since the start of October and the customer service hasn’t been very helpful.
Oh wow, they aren’t even doing paypal payments quickly? I went from August 2024 to January 2025 waiting for a check and finally got it.

Thanks for documenting your experience with all this. I’ve been lurking this thread over the last couple months and it’s been nice to see I wasn’t the only one suffering. I also wouldn’t have thought to file a BBB complaint, which seems like a smart thing to do.
With your order being early October 2024, I’d wait til February to start getting BBB involved. There are already so many complaints (like over 100) for payment processing time alone.

I think it’s just fancy names so people can’t use creator codes on their inventory

This could be the case. Seems silly to operate that way instead of just ending the 5% off codes

Update:
They are reinstalling the evo program. I am now confident the weird things going on is due to the sale of the company to new leadership. Need to lock in inventory and money so it’s easy to evaluate assets on hand.

I’ve been tagged in and asked about this a ton since I so publicly use(d) the service. I am preaching caution to anyone opting to go for EVO tomorrow or anytime soon. I will follow down the line when I have more details as I was literally just in contact with someone a few minutes ago. But up until then, slow/no replies, heavily delayed payments is the gist of the concern and ongoing issue I am having.

Just wanted to follow here since I posted the above. I spoke with individuals at TNT and resolutions are in the works expected this week.
Re: TNT Evo I individually have concerns with their timetables and their intro fee structure outside looking in and expect delays/hiccups. I do not plan to send any new inventory to TNT EVO off the bat. I will rollover what is still there into the service and see how it goes.

Do you know if the creator codes will start to work again. There’s some stuff I’d like to buy but I’ve never had those codes not work

I don’t do Pokémon or anything but was just googling about the trollandtoad buylist stuff, made an account to make this post specifically. I’ve been waiting 4 months to get paid over 1k. As for inside info on the status of their business. The last email I got complaining that I have not been paid the buylist rep said
the business was changing ownership. Including a screencap for you.

Ha that is exactly the same email I got from them, word for word, after a 5 month delay for a buylist payment. Just a generic copy and paste. Even the word ridiculous, haha!
It unfortunately takes a Karen move by filing a BBB complaint to get paid. Within a week of filing, my check was magically on the way.

Unfortunate, I didn’t see anything about the change of ownership in this thread but I haven’t done a proper search of the forum or anything. Sorry if that was old news. I’ll send my monthly email to them soon asking for payment, thanks for sharing your story and glad you finally got paid from them.

Re: payouts of any kind, evo or buylist, etc I feel quite confident theyll get to them eventually. Nice to see that they closed down the buylist to prevent any further addition to the backlof of issues (feels like 2021 psa staring down a 14 million card backlog). I cant really share any specifics however.
The things that really annoyed me and prompted me to become the squeaky wheel/karen were both the amount my balance due has grown to in this boom, alongside the revival of tnt evo apparently tomorrow, which with my status being where it was felt inappropriate.

The fact they are too “understaffed” to pay you, but are putting resources to copy paste replies to people they owe money is pretty telling.
