Toploader binder and card safety

So I recently purchased a toploader binder to store my cards. I am near completion of my WOTC holo set from base to neo destiny, and wanted something to store them in for easy viewing while also keeping them safe in toploaders. However It seems like the weight of the toploaders and cards are pretty heavy. I plan on sending over half to psa eventually, and I’m a bit concerned that some near the bottom might get damaged in some way. It look like the toploaders rest almost directly on top of each other, and the weight is probably evenly distributed between all six cards at each layer, but I am still a bit concerned. I’m probably just being paranoid, I know.

Here are some pictures:

Has anyone used anything like this and had any problems with damage or anything? And if not in your opinion do you think there is a chance damage could occur?

Wouldn’t storing the binder vertically solve this?

That binder looked really nice, checked out their store, $200 to get it to Australia :[

Yea that’s a very good idea… was also thinking of just putting all the high priced cards up front if I were to store it horizontally. But for now I just took all the expensive ones out, not worth the potential risk. Still a very nice binder for the rest of the cards and now have room for non holos. Will store vertically to minimize the potential risk as well

Yea it’s great, but shipping is expensive, 30+ even in continental US. There’s nothing else like it out there so decided to get it anyway. 150 to get it to Australia is nuts though… did you check their eBay store or just the website?

Living in Australia is always more expensive with collectibles, hehe

These binders are crazy expensive but you could make a Toploader binder yourself by purchasing the binder/pages seperate. Any pocket pages you can find in your country that have 3X4 openings should be good.

I always thought card binders were ment to be stored vertically in like a book shelf with little pressure from both sides like how a full bookshelf of books is.I think it helps keep the binder pages flat and stay flat too.

But when you look at it, it needs to be on table flat? And still heavy on top of each other

Didn’t see this thread or search before I ask a silmar question, it looks good Binders are the best. Hope it goes well, I might get one too.

Laying flat should be fine:)
