I always thought I was fairly lucky with the lotteries a few years back when I actively applied for them. I would say I won every 1/3 times on the Pokémon Center site and even won the stamp promo box too. Has it gotten easier or harder in the SV era?

I think you’re just lucky to win both. 
I know two collectors in the Pikachu Discord who tried the same, and one of them won only the first out of two, and the other won only the second out of the two.
Kinda regret not trying to do the same, considering the boxes are ~200 USD on eBay.. 
Gonna wait for the prices to drop (after people are receiving their boxes), considering the amount of these they’ve distributed (or are gonna distribute)..

Hopefully they will be made to order later (but that would still require JP phone verification). The current price makes sense given how hard it is for people outside of Japan to obtain (and even within Japan it’s RNG).

I won the Hiroshima Pikachu box luckily! I never win things like this so I’m buzzing
I just wanted to share that the Pokemon company has released a statement that they’ll be reprinting these boxes post-lottery, but without specifying numbers or purchase methods, anyway there’s still hope if you miss out

Didn’t win the lotto for the Fukuoka box. Winning all 3 would’ve been absurd and I’m still incredibly lucky to have gotten the other 2.

When are these boxes releasing.
I guess being in Canada eBay is probably best way of getting?
I see a bunch of pre orders ranging from 200-500 per box.

Ah I missed that post! That’s good news. Yeah, Koala’s pointed out in previous threads how much TPC hate the idea of the TCG being used as an investment vehicle (simple solution, stop making such a high quality collectible 
) so it follows that they’ll be going pretty hard on JP exclusives going forward.
Im hoping they do from now on tbh. Exclusives used to be cool, but theyve collectively been eyeballed by hundreds of thousands before a drop happens because of the market right now.
