Like the title says , trying too see if it’s worth it since the card is clean and I can see it getting the 9 grade again ( I know PSA won’t crack it out of the case if I put minimum grade at 9 )

No.
A review will keep a card at the current grade if it doesn’t meet the standards for a higher grade. They will send it back as is and will not change the cert.
@swolepoke is right. The only way to get a new cert is to crack and resubmit, or have a higher grade awarded on review.
I see what you mean , it shouldn’t matter I always thought a newer cert is more eye appealing but it’s the card that count’s obviously

This makes my decision much easier lol it’s definitely not getting a 10 , thus no need too review and I would be so freaking scared too crack this …
For a new label it make sense but it looks like the label is the modern one
Yeah , when I traded towards this slab it had the older label so I asked for it to be reslabbed with a newer case and label as part of the deal. That process had me so worried … thank goodness it went well
