I messaged the owner of that auction in the photo… He stole 1999-2000 from my title but his isn’t 1999-2000. He wouldn’t end the auction to fix it.

PSA not recognizing these is really hurting what their value could achieve I think.

That card is not a 1999-2000 Charizard. Is a regular unlimited but misleading title. Sorry, had to open the instagram post to see the comments, my bad

@charchu yeah that one isn’t mine. It is the photo that was linked in the instagram though. That is the one improperly marked in the title, but he corrects it in the description.
