I’d like to see the bid history on this one haha. Where did this supposed sale happen? One sold on ZG the day before for 14.4k which I believe was an ATH. The card is clearly moving up but this is just ridiculous. If you’re going to shill at least make it believable..

Normally the authentication program flags things like this but if this is from PSA vault seems like a mistake and would not have an opportunity to be caught…

Are regular holos from Majestic dawn really hard to get, or is it just a PSA10 low pop card that no one really wanted to grade

not many cared about DP holos early on
→ not many graded
→ was long forgotten how hard they were to grade (10 of 286)
→ realised too late how prohibitively expensive DP boxes have become to open and pull specifically the Zapdos, let alone pulling any holo worthy of a 10
→ much wider collector base aggressively speculates on the current pop

It’s either manipulated or just the uneducated throwing money around.
Holos are not rare at all, no matter the era and most of them not WOTC will have low pops. In fact, most cards have low pops so it is a meaningless statement that I find is used mostly by people intending to take advantage of those who are more ignorant.

Id argue that no one cares about dpp era still. This to me reads of speculation on low pop cards. I seriously doubt anyone is buying these for collecting. Maybe im wrong

Not following. There’s only 10 copies of this card in PSA 10, it is objectively rare, doesn’t seem likely that someone is gonna magically discover a trove of dozens that will hit 10s. Also an Arita art

All PSA 10 D&P holos sell for prices like this. There does not need to be massive fan base when the pops are sub 20 for every card
