with these numbers here wouldn’t this actually qualify as a 10?? plain an simple the cards ratio can be up to 60/40 ratio. none of the percents here are above 60 or below 40. then again it’s being measured off of a pic
Resend it Gary, I have seen similar in centering. I almost got my hands on a PSA 10 shadowless blastoise recently with off centering as your card. Condition of your card is flawless from what I see. Maybe it was a PSA grader who freaks out about things not being symmetrical lol.

I did send it in with the opinion that it was a lock 9 or a 10 based on centering so of course I’ll get that fixed.
