Anyone have any insider info on what the next PSA holiday reveal is?
Looks like the next special is 10 day regular tier at $60. Interestingly their next partial reveal shows “1970” so I assume it will be a date restricted special.
I know PSA has said $15 bulk is their sweet spot and that a bulk special isn’t likely, but it would be interesting if they did a date locked bulk special. They could somewhat control the wave of cards a bulk special would bring if they made it like WOTC era only for example.
Another instance where PSA damaged the top right corners. How is this happening?

Yea, any auto authentication, even if it is on a proxy card, they will slab. It sucks for uninformed buyers and can be very misleading. I’ve seen a proxy mario poncho pikachu card with authenticated auto here and here. The listings mention the card has not been graded or authenticated, but they don’t mention it’s a proxy card either.

Its a ‘custom’ card. It seems someone purchased a commission and cut the signature out of it and glued it to this

Charmander’s autograph practice drawing is laid out in a cutout of a Pokemon illustration. The most troublesome thing is that the “signature written on the slip when the work was shipped as a ‘commission’” is attached. Please give me a break~

The cut auto is common practice outside of Pokemon and grading a fake card with an auto on it is technically something anyone can do. So I’m not sure psa would do anything about it. Still leaves a bad taste in the mouth you know?
Unfortunately this is something that exists in sports. When I was going after signed rookie cards, especially gretzky, there were multiple reprints/fake cards that had real autographs. Its such a weird combo, I don’t know who is buying them.

You could always send them an email and ask if the special can be applied to your regular order. Worst that will come of it is they say no.
