The Giant Pokémon non-TCG Identification Thread

That was fast, thanks already! Them being latin american is logical since i imagine it would have been easier to bump into them already in europe

Ok, this is what I have. These are known as Atakards, released in Mexico by the brand MilkyWay. There are 2 sets which include gen 1 and 2. Collectors say they are pretty hard to get. It seems both Mewtwo and Grimer are in the 1st set released in the year 2000. The 2nd set was released in 2001.

Your 2006 90x64mm card I suspect is from the following:

2006 Pokémon Ramune Sticker AG

2006 ポケモン ステッカー ラムネ AG

Manufacturer: Ensky (エンスカイ)

A matching Absol sticker is listed on this website , and calls it a Ramune Sticker.

It states that you use the top four moves to battle a different sticker.
It seems that there are holographic variants too (see the Chatot sticker).

Of note is that this set includes Generation IV Pokémon, despite having the Advanced Generation label.

Chatot sticker:

As a last side-note, the back art and general artstyle of this card strongly resembles the sticker Seviper No. 831 from Ensky ADV Retsuden the Strongest Seal Part 9. This meant that this card was likely produced by Ensky, which was one of my useful leads.

I was unable to find more information on the Generation III version of these stickers.

However, there are a few more very similar sets that provide more clarity on this type of sticker.

I was unable to find a year on these, but the expiration date on the pack visible states April 19th, 2008.

Here, you can see the stickers battling each other on the box art.

Of note is on the top left, the Japanese logo for the movie Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life can be seen.

You can see the stickers battling each other on the pack art here as well.

I completely forgot I could give these, but this and your other posts deserves a :cubetoken: Cube Token.
I’ll also reward @Julius19 and @rainbow, since you’ve also been a huge help here and in the past.

Thank you for the badge. I appreciate it.

Your 2023 Peru Sticker (bootleg) seems to be from Pokémon Últimas Evoluciones. This has often been listed in English as Pokémon Last Evolutions on eBay.

The company that produces them seems to be Crealaser/Editorial Monarca.

Here is a video of a box and pack opening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=II5SARjgo8k

Here are pictures of the packaging from the video.

The Pikachu in this video at 10:00 matches your Seviper in layout.

Additionally, the backs of the cards (as seen at 7:06) match the back of your card in style and layout.

At 19:58, various Generation III Pokémon are pulled (Meditite, Seedot), which confirms that Generation III Pokémon are included in these packs (even though the front of the pack does not contain Generation III Pokémon).

It also seems that the holographic variants of said stickers are from this set as well, seen at 2:20 with the holographic Zapdos.

This video also includes footage of a collection album for these stickers. The video flips through more pages. Here is the cover.

This video also shows that these packs are the source of the modern circular holographic Pokémon Taps stickers from Peru. The packs themselves contain a plastic chip that the sticker can be placed on.

Note that there is also a second edition of Pokémon Últimas Evoluciones made by Crealaser, which features Pokemon from later generations.

A video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZdeuvCfmEs

They also contain the circular holographic Pokémon Taps stickers, with the plastic chip.

More information and pictures can be found by searching “Crealaser Pokemon” online.

Thanks again!! Looks like he even pulls the Seviper at 14:34.

And you indirectly also identified the holo Seviper that’s still waiting at my US middleman to be shipped towards me.

The plot thickens. Was able to find this on the way back machine. Pretty much confirms to me there is the 3 starters and the pika. Have no clue what the 4th would be

Can anyone help me identify this item? Google reverse-image search was not helpful – I looked through this thread and I don’t believe this one has been posted.

It’s peeled from one of the bandai carddass animation jumbo cards, not 100% sure but i believe it’s this one, at least according to ebay it’s #17 from part 2 of the jumbo card series

I’ll add a back of another card from the series that shows the cards that can be peeled, they can also be partly seen through the card in first photo

Every day the badge torments me…

Hello,

Was looking for some help here. I picked up these transparent cards with a collection in early 2020. Card shop had no idea what they were, and my research has returned nothing of note.

They are stills from the Pikachu short PK10 (Pikachu’s PikaBoo/ピカチュウのドキドキかくれんぼ) and have this copyright information on the back. (Sorry for bad photos, my camera is not very good on my phone.) They are just barely too large to fit in Perfect Fits.

They are the same stills featured on the PK10 post card set, and bare resemblance to the memo pad sets with the transparency, but looking on both JPN Mercari and Yahoo auctions returns nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

They are a part of the merch available at the time of the theater exclusive.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much for finding these!

Do you have any idea what they would go for loose? I can only find Mercari listings for the set in the paper/cardboard.

This listing sold 4 days ago for ¥6,000.

4 months ago for ¥6,900

The single set has sold in the ¥3,000 range - with the cardboard mount.

In the end it would depend on how good you are at selling.

These were great had the same set a few years back sold all cards graded CGC 10 - 10 Pristine didnt sell as good as I had hoped but I dont think PSA graded them at that time its hard to remember. I doubt I will ever get a complete 10 set ever again from any grading company.

Yeah these were great so under rated
