My first neutral feedback. No other context. Can’t trust those Québécois!!!
What part of “Oui” don’t you get.
Should have sent them Ouidle sleeves instead
This buyer bought a 20+ year old Japanese Neo Pichu off me for £6.50 and free post
He messaged to complain that I listed it as lightly played when there is a dent in the holo so he wasn’t happy
He got it at an already good price and wanted a partial refund, I suggested he returned the card which would have been no cost to him and he said he’d rather keep it. He knows he got it for a good price and just wanted to squabble over a partial refund on a £6.50 card
I would’ve just ignored and blocked him after the second message, some people are not worth replying to.
In the end he left negative feedback because I didn’t give in to his borderline partial refund scam.
It’s supposed to be against ebay’s terms to demand a partial refund when a full refund with return costs all paid for are offered so hopefully they remove the feedback.
Imagine having morals so low that you try and get money back on a £6.50 card and refusing to return it because you know you got it for a good price all because you think “lightly played” should mean a zero wear PSA 10 condition card turns up, and then leaving negative feedback because you didn’t manage to scam a couple of $ out of the seller
I always have the most trouble with buyers when I think I’m giving a great deal… You should reach out to ebay about getting the negative feedback removed. You were perfectly reasonable in offering a refund. Will be adding this buyer to the block list.

Dang! Even the CHAT bots know scalping is toxic.
Oh boy, another eBay onlooker that never commits to buying anything and wastes your time.
Who the hell asks these types of questions on eBay? If you have any hint of something not authentic, they can just open a case. Also this being a ~$1000 card, most likely it will go through eBay authenticity and it will be verified through them as well…
Things I will never understand…
I am hopeful the buyer just wants consistent slab labels for their collection. But that probably isn’t the case. PSA changes something about their label every couple of years on average
I know someone who only buys 6xx and newer so the slabs are scanned into PSA’s system as well.
I don’t know where they added this, but I love NOW that they upload a detailed picture of your card! It is so much more streamlined and really gets into the question if you even need a scanner.
I can’t believe you reply to people like this.
I was thinking the same thing. The initial message should have been a massive clue.
Ehhh It gives me entertainment and the ability to post more on this thread :]
I am a very friendly eBay seller that if you aren’t being disrespectful, I respond.
