These uncut wrappers say copyright “1990-2000” instead of “1999-2000”. They have the wrong font, the wrong “expert” seal, and other issues.
They also are selling the 1st edition wrappers TCA covered in videos, as well as disco holos.
I have a hard time believing WOTC would make such a mistake.
