Under your selling tab look at the payout status. If they pay with a bank account it takes a few days to process and it usually shows a date, if it’s paid it should say complete.

Now that the name has been changed, should I remove the ‘PWCC Vault:’ part on my ebay address?
I think they don’t suggest this address format anymore.

I have always removed that and never had issues with intake. I didnt like postal workers knowing i had items to the vault

You can check your submission address in the preferences tab. I think the “PWCC Vault” part of the address was dropped from it quite a while ago.

Just confirming the same. I have people send to me monthly and haven’t had the pwcc vault prefix even when it was still pwcc.

Can confirm I also sent something received last week after the change with pwcc vault in the address line and it still got there no issue. Have another one coming in two days or so. Thank you all for reminding me to change it lol

Is there another way to transfer funds outside of the summary page? I’ve always done it there but it’s been down now for a week.

Yeah, lots of low priced slabs on this block.
After months of not using the PWCC app, it is quite a surprise to be find out that it has been rebranded to “Fanatics Collect”, and having to get acclimated to this new, janky user interface.

Yeah, overall it’s not too bad. I’m using the Android app so some of the gestures such as pinch to zoom, swipe to bid, tap to heart, and scrolling through the bid prices feel a little delayed/unresponsive. I see the beta tag in the app so hopefully these features are smoother in a future update. On the bright side, the app is easy to navigate though.
Idk…the sold toggle always seems to break for me. IMO PWCC had a nicer UI.

This might be a good unpopular opinion, but If any visible damage is missed on pwcc/fanatics it’s entirely on the buyer. The image quality is so good it’s just a matter of did you look or not.
