Telling Fake Pokemon Cards

Okay so I recently bought some pokemon card off of e-bay and im not entirely sure if there fake or not. Is there a sure way of telling without tearing them open, also keep in mind these are old school cards im talking about, base set, fossil, jungle, etc…

I don’t think tearing them open would end well
