There are two different Feebas in which the background reference Pokémon games. To quote the persons who originally posted them in related threads:

To me, this image is a snapshot of lore. Southward view from the middle of route 119, a Feebas peeking out of the water from one of the 6 tiles, with all the weather going on, Tropius, the birds and everything. 10/10.

Feebas from Darkness Ablaze is in the lake at the end of route 2 in SwSh out by professor Magnolia’s house.

And apparently there are also a lot of Drifloon with places from the video games in the background (maybe a nice fun fact for @queendrifloon ):

and this one has the Valley Windworks in it

this one is in front of N’s Castle

this one is above several Unova places including Skyarrow Bridge

(Don’t ask me why there’s so many Drifloons okay, I just knew about the one at Valley Windworks and looked up the other artworks while I was at it and saw them.)
