Since it replaces an uncommon card (Dark Vaporeon) on the sheet it takes an uncommon slot in booster packs. So, a bonus rare card. What a treat!

I noticed this article was getting a significant number of clicks from google so I updated it with new images and the current pop report.
Pretty cool though, I didn’t know this card was printed on the uncommons sheet!

As noted in the top post, the Unlimited approval sheet is owned by TCAGaming. A couple years ago the 1st Edition approval sheet surfaced as well, clearly showing how the error occured.
A single Dragonite on a sheet of uncommons, printed for just a few hours before it was corrected.
Another interesting note: both the 1st edition and unlimited sheets were printed and approved on the same day.

Thanks for the info, I added it to the OP. It may be counterintuitive that unlimited and 1st edition were printed at the same time but clearly that’s the case here
