Yeah I am logged into my account and the address is Australia.
Maybe you have to add credit card info first?

No Amazon website will accept PayPal as a payment, since PayPal is still owned by eBay and happens to be one of their main competitors 
Got mine today! I wish I could read the moonrunes but I skimmed quickly through the entire book already. Showing full previously-unseen versions of the some of the artwork was really nice, and I found the in-depth look of Tomokazu Komiya’s method of illustrating cards to be really interesting.
On a related note, if there’s one thing I would have really loved to see, it would be more photos of the artists themselves. They show Mitsuhiro Arita and Ken Sugimori (aww, he’s all gray and cute like a little puppy dog now) but that’s it even though Kagemaru Himeno is interviewed and they show the step-by-step approach of Tomokazu Komiya.

I too will be getting a book! I can read it but… it may take a few days or weeks. Plus just because I can read most of it (really bad at kanji, so hope it has more hiragana/katakana), it does not mean that I actually understand and can translate it all. ;/
It definitely is really interesting!
A lot of the stuff on the pages is just boring where the card is from etc.
Whereas the interviews is where the real meat and potatoes is. Love the extended artworks! This book is awesome! Glad I got one.
