I have been trying to find a shiny Mankey for so long… Hows the IV?
Some of my rarer shiny Pokemon, most just costumes. I love the Christmas and Halloween ones.
I think I did around 50 Team Rocket Leader battles to get the shiny shadow Lapras and ended up with two the first release of it. I don’t even really like Lapras that much, but I love purple lol.
Then I guess two of my rarest Pokemon. So far only been one chance to get an Apex Lugia and I got the hundo. I guess it wouldn’t be rare but I think a lot of people deleted their starter Pokemon early on and I still have my Charmander from the first day in 2016.
I only have got one 100% shiny and that was Heatran which is kinda useless but really go for Team Rocket battles.

And I see some 100% shinies so I’ll add the 1 that I have. Not particularly rare or anything but who doesn’t love a decent Gyarados?

I currently have 1,275 Unique Shinies in my PoGo Collection. 251 are costumes and 1,024 are a normal living dex. Here is my best answer for ya. I’m considering rarity as anything I have that I frequently see other dedicated collectors still looking for.
Complete Eeveelution Families for Flower Crown, Cherry Blossom, and Christmas Hat.
Team Leader Outfit and 2021 Go Fest Costume.
All the old Pikas. Fragmented Hat, Luffy Hat, and the Pokemon Hats are some of the rarest.
All released unown (except for K which released 3 weeks ago as a JPN exclusive). F and J are the rarest due to their limited releases and odds.
Favorites are the Shundos because Shundos. Absol was hyper trained and is my favorite shiny for sentimental reasons.
What I’d personally consider the rarest shinies based on how frequently see other dedicated collectors still looking for them. Also missing all of these personally. In no particular order:
-Shiny Rotom
-Shiny Family of 3 Maushold
-Shiny Libre Pikachu
-Shiny Safari Eevee/lutions
-Shiny Night Cap Snorlax
-Shiny Ash Hat Pichu (Probably the rarest shiny in the game. Extremely limited release during a 24 hour window 6 years ago)
