Neat stuff. The blank filler card is indeed something rare but value depends on the buyer as filler cards can be niche (personally I would want it to display with my deck collection since it says “deck”). I’ll send you a message if you were wanting to sell, no rush though.
The pack is unique and I havent seen many before-opening pictures of when cards get caught in the seal but unless thats a high rarity card, I dont think itll do much for value, doubt psa would grade it even if it was tried. Pretty much only as good as the crimped miscut card.

I didn’t find any other card like this online. I’m trying to sell it, but it’s difficult to value.
When I got the pack, I didn’t open it. The card shows that is a common psychic pokemon, but no UR and can’t see if there is another rarity card inside.
They’re indeed pretty rare, but I have seen a few others like this before. @c011ect0r has one as well for example, including three variants with different numbers or text orientation:

Yes, it’s a factory error that I’ve seen on occasion in the EX era. They come in different colors, but most often black and yellow. I used to own a Moltres ex from EX FireRed LeafGreen 
that had a dashed yellow line on the back.
Haven’t been to my local card shop in a while; so today, I stopped by and found this OG classic beauty. No matter how many you have, it’s still a nostalgic rush finding them in the wild.

Solid Yellow International ex Era Filler Card
During the Nintendo ex Era, the cards released internationally had a slightly different border than the English release. Generally lighter and having the consistent white fade around the whole card rather than the 2 uniform fades on English ex Era Fillers. This card is the first instance I’ve seen of this border on a Filler Card. This specific card was pulled from a Portuguese Machamp Hidden Legends Half-Deck from that Era.
Love the decks, amazing that it was pulled from one, dont recall that the border was that strikingly different in tone but amazing filler card!
Such a neat but odd little error.
Were these accidentally included in packs?

Yup they can accidentally included in various products. Packs, Blisters, etc. Whereever QC wants to mess up.

Also, I found this wider than normal energy card while opening packs. It’s been a while so I don’t remember what set it’s from, but it’s noticeably wider than normal.
I was thinking about getting them graded for fun, what do you all think? I really enjoy finding messed up cards
