I didn’t even know the Japanese holos had errors like this! Very cool!
Crap, that’s extremely cool…hhh another thing to hunt now…
I think @qwachansey has or had a few from Southern Islands.
Sheesh I’d assume they wouldn’t be easy to come by. The sealed southern islands boxes are on my list so would be cool to know how commonly that error occurred.
Oh they definitely aren’t outside of the 2 or 3 I believe Qwa has I haven’t seen another and he first showed them a few years back. You definitely have a hidden gem there!
It might be missing layers then. I can see the holo a LITTLE BIT, but its missing the normal layers
The fact that it has an alignment dot is enough for me to give it a minor miscut / error status, welcome to E4!
Looks like this card is missing some texture it reflects differently on where i circled compared to all the other Japanese printed languages i have and the orange rule box seems to be textured instead.
It was likely just taken out of the factory that way, probably intentionally (but maybe not?
)
There are a lot of other uncut Topps sheets out there, including more like these
It’s a neat item, but to think it’s the only one in the world? I’m skeptical
This is the only real error card/misprint in my collection that I know of
It’s a miscut Leafeon V from evolving skies with a reflective silhouette of the Sylveon V card on the back
That is amazing!! I never saw any other error like this, so hopefully there are more in the wild, so more for the collection!! That pidgey evo line looks amazing!!
this one is still available. I don’t know if “error” is the correct word here unless you consider all uncut sheets as “errors”
Woah … what the hell is going on with this!!
Very neat!
The Sylveon silhouette is super neat!
When I pulled this from a pack I did not even consider it an error but today I compared it to regular Chrizard V cards and there is a lot of ink missing on mine ![]()
It looks like someone stumbled upon a half-incomplete holo error. Pretty neat! I hope that they join e4 and tell us more about it.
The half-sparkle holo looks pretty cool—thanks for sharing the find!
