I considered picking it up but can’t justify spending $750 (she’ll accept $750). She wanted 3k to start. Especially after seller sent me a video and the front of the card isn’t red even though it looks like it in the pics, only very minor spots. Maybe someone will disagree and think it more valuable!
If it’s legit and you’re a kakuna fan it’s a holy grail piece. Easy $10000 card imo.

Have you ever seen another one like it? How do you know it’s not altered if the ink pattern is not shown?
I mean, it’s not hard to get a x30-60 magnificaton photo using a 2 usd loupe if you are asking 3000 usd for a card, just saying.
Also I believe 3000 usd is a steal for a Pokemon as popular as Kakuna, and you also won’t be able to tell if I’m joking or not

I opened a Astral Radiance booster box that contained a couple of trainer gallery cards like this. This one is half holo and half non-holo
