Hey guys, first post here but I bought an error ancient mew that is still sealed in the Neo Revelation Lugia magazine. I thought this would give me a good chance to open it and grade it for a potential 10. I probably should have looked closer but now when I move the card around in the right light I see a faint line running down and one running across the card. I have seen some examples of PSA 10 cards on ebay having faint lines as well. Is this something common with the card and is it worth submitting this card to PSA? I included a photo of the card. Thanks!

Those print lines were common. Still fun to grade but pretty cool to have it in its original booklet.
Would the print line knock the grade? I wouldn’t want to remove it from the magazine unless I think I’m gonna get a 10 haha
I doubt it’d get a 10 with a factory line that thick. Mine has almost the exact same line and I won’t get it graded for that very reason. It looks awesome in the book though!
That’s fair! I have seen some threads that psa is lenient but I wasn’t sure how lenient. I do agree the lines on mine are quite thick. Probably best to keep it in the magazine I guess.

You can remove it from the magazine then get it graded with a 10 minimum then if it comes back ungraded you can stick it back in the magazine. Those aren’t sealed inside the magazine pocket. You can just take them in and out.
