Shining Gyarados/Neo Rev borders?

Hi all,

A shop about an hour away from me bought an amazing raw collection with three shining Gyarados that I am going to check out tomorrow. They sent me some pictures and I noticed that the borders have what appear to be dirt/grime/and/or blotches on them?

Based on the pictures all three copies appear to have the same “blemishes” on them so I’m wondering if they are blemishes or if that’s just how the borders look?

I typically don’t buy this caliber of card raw and don’t own any neo revelation cards to use as a reference so just trying to put in as much due diligence as possible prior to making the drive.

Attached is the raw image I was sent and an edited one to highlight what I’m referring to on the left border. (you’ll probably have to zoom in)

Given the pictures provided, it looks like the cosmos holo pattern bleeding through the yellow border to me.

Ok thanks for the input! I looked up a bunch of listings and some seemed to have it and some didn’t which is what threw me off. For some reason it’s much less apparent on the image I uploaded vs what is on my desktop so I understand you’re working with limited info.

I’ll be sure to inspect it as close as possible. If it is holo bleed would that affect the grade in any way?
