Shadowless picachu miss print error

Where in the card is the shadowless red cheeks picachu miss print error?. Is it common to all cards like the vulpix hp error which is no a big deal or does it make the card with the error special?

A lot of people are under the assumption that red cheek pikachus are errors. they aren’t. red to yellow was an intentional redesign. some are red, some are yellow. the red cheeks variants are rarer so they are more desirable.

I went ahead and added it to the error guide since WotC added the red color without Nintendos’ consultation. It’s arguably not an error, but WotC at one point called it an “error” in 1999.
