Well it certainly read that way but I appreciate the clarification.
To be honest PSA have the whole “visual appeal” factor giving cards grades that otherwise have minor factory issues.
Eg most PSA 10 Shadowless chansey have minor print lines - which some would consider not gem mint able - but it is what it is.
