Was inventorying my shadowless cards when I noticed that 2 of my 12 Machokes seemed to be noticeably darker than the other 10.
I looked through my other cards that I had multiples to see if this was a common issue, but it was the most noticeable with the Machoke.
I couldn’t find anything online about this being a variant or error. Any insight would be appreciated.
I see the same thing across my shadowless cards - it’s a normal printing variation, often happens when printers are using slightly different ink or are running low, or are just filled. Could also be sun damage, i.e., bleaching.
Just natural variation in saturation. Almost every early WoTC set has significant variation in saturation.
