I am aware that Gamestop and PokemonCenter.com has this promo, but I cant find any information on the promotion in Walmart and Target. Does anyone know if Target or Walmart already started the special offer promo?

Based on your link, it looks like they already started since November 8, but it’s online only.

Yeah, it did start Nov 8th but said start date may vary for some stores! Thanks for the link i will check it out!
