packs don’t qualify for auth guarantee unfortunately… if you only sell singles that will pass through auth you should be ok. i think it’s best to just file the police report immediately and submit it to ebay along with the response to the payment dispute… that will be more likely to protect you or at least get ebay to foot the bill for this nonsense.
