Hey guys I got this back from PSA and they made a mistake encapsulating my card. Would this off center error by them increase the value of this card or decrease? also wouldnt they usually fix that issue instead of just sending it back out of place? here is the picture via imgur

Decrease. The card is most likely damaged since the card has been creased against the sides of the case. Can the card be moved if banged against a hard surface?
I would contact psa to try and get some compensation or get it recased if not damaged
I had a card returned in similar condition. I had to bang the edge of the case to get the card into the correct position.
If you hit it too hard, you will push the card too far, and you’ll have to hit it in the other direction. Try to avoid this back-and-forth battle to the center.
As someone else has already stated, there is a good chance that the card is damaged. Try not to further the damage by correcting the card’s position.

regardless they will honor there grade on the card. sadly. or compensate you monetarily for the value for there mistake as they guarantee against this.
