I see some EX Power Keepers with and without a “Power Keepers” logo on the cards main picture. What is the difference?
Is the one without the logo not a Power Keepers?
ex-era cards (from TRR-on) with the logos on the artwork are reverse holo cards. Almost all cards in the set come in RH variants, and you get one per pack

The ones with the logo are reverse holos and the ones without are not. Many ex era sets are like this as well such as Crystal Guardians and Dragon Frontiers.
