Spanish chikorita only speaks spanish if thats your choice. My chansey narrator only says “Chansey” but we all know what she means.

I’m in a state of constant danger and alert modes so i think absol would be the best fit, perhaps it could give me a small headsup whenever one of my kids will try to do a bungee jump from a couch!

I missed this one. Well, since most Pokémon just say their name when they speak and some other Pokémon can understand them but most people can’t I’d have to go with Several. To start like this:
Nidoqueen farfetch’d unknown magiccarp alakazam! beautifly lumineon
and end like this
Jynx. Slowpoke… slowbro… gastly… weezing… ditto… ditto… exeggutor
That could also do, but i kinda see myself more in a life where absol isn’t able to leave me since it senses a disaster after disaster so it basically becomes a narrating house pet of mine

Wait, that they would all narrate as though they were giving a commentary? Or is that ranking of which order theyll narrate switching off each word?

Itd be like singing carol of the bells with each pokemon being a bell. Maybe it would sound amazing and not like a distracting stream of different sounds.
