I know your post is about the attack text, but I also never knew the Japanese Weezing has a mixture of black and purple in its background, instead of just a singular black entity for which you’re usually wondering whether you have the holo or non-holo Weezing in your hands.

Pokekyun lost a lot of it’s charm when they put it in Generations as the Radiant Collection.

Even the common cards had a holo unique to the set. When localized, they removed the opportunity for those to be holo.

The official EN images never show any holo effects, though it’s not like the actual card is much better

In addition to the previous answers the reverse holo patterns, give me that hippie Shiny Star V reverse holo pattern instead of the boring international ones
