Zeus - Zekrom - Commands Electricity and is a Legendary(God) Pokemon.
Hera - Gardevoir - Example of fertility(yes without the memes and degeneracy).
Poseidon - Kyogre - Self explanatory
Demeter - Torterra - Torterra has a tree growing on it’s back.
Athena - - Lucario - I always feel like Lucario is presented as a Pokemon of honour and cold intellect.
Apollo - Espeon/Meloetta - Difficult one to choose, but being the opposite of Umbreon and representing the sun, I feel like Espeon being a psychic matches it up here. However, Meloetta fits in with the music/poetry theme as well.
Atermis - Absol/Umbreon - Absol fits in being of the forest, but Umbreon also matches here being the opposite of Espeon
Aphrodite - Milotic - Canonically the most beautiful Pokemon.
Hephaestus - Heatran - Self explanatory
Dionysus - Mr. Mime - Mr. Mime being of theatre, this fits.
Hermes - Jolteon - Messengers have to be fast.
Ares - Tyranitar - Tyranitar basically being Godzilla, it fits the God of War.
Hestia - Ninetales - SHOULD just be Chansey, but being the Goddess of Sacred Fire it’s tough to ignore that for Chansey who has nothing to do with Fire. So I am going to go with Ninetales.

Regirock - Lord of Granite, King Burrower, Shepherd of life under earth.
Celebrated in spring when the thaw melts and life springs from the soil. Songs like “Oh Earthen Well of Fertility” and “The Comfort of Stone” are dedicated to him.

Regice - Dread God of Desolation, Master of Frost, Brethren of Notos.
Feared across the planet as the living representation of the icy continent, a destroyer and a harsh preserver. His language is the song of ice, his deeds a terrible silence. Myths say that one day he will cover the entire world and life will return back into its snowball cradle. People would make autumnal blood sacrifices to the Master of Frost.

Registeel - The Foreign Orb, The Iron Mystery, The Great Craftsman.
Said to be the giver of dexterity, representing perfection in metalworks. It is said that before the ancient swordsmiths would temper their swords, they would fall prostrate in prayer towards the center of the earth, from where it is said that The Foreign Orb was formed. They would then turn skywards, praying towards the heavens, from where it is said that the constituents of his body came from.

I think pokemon is already doing that in a very comprehensive way, we have after all everything covered from life to death, time and place, wisdom, and even the supreme one. It’s not like the greek gods but definitely univeral questions and truths
