I am working on a deal with someone who has a card (subject of transaction) in pwcc vault. To give context, we are dealing locally and wish to save fees on both ends.
Does anyone know how long the pwcc ownership transfer process takes?
Logistically I am a bit concerned if I transfer the money and subsequently there is an issue that blocks the transfer from happening for whatever reason, after the seller has input the identity transfer key.
Any thoughts/experience would be much appreciated!
