Wow. I’d expect BGS to grade that as an 8, not PSA.
Probably one of the ugliest PSA 8s I’ve seen since the invention of the wheel.
I was so distracted by that huge chip that I didn’t even notice the grade at first.

lol! It’s terrible right. When I saw it was an 8, I knew the grader had a bad day. Obviously I wouldnt expect psa8 money for this, but ill most likely keep it in my collection anywho 
Could be a typo like my shadowless Char got last year. It got a 7 though it could have been a 10. They corrected it to a 9 though.

There’s no established market value for rare error cards like this so the term ‘fair’ is subjective. If it’s a price you’re happy with and it’s a price he’s happy with, then sell.

Your friend is getting an ABSOLUTE STEAL on that card! I just offered $900.00 for a PSA 8 No Damage Ninetales and I already have two PSA 8 Copies - so it’s not a card I desperatly need / want to complete any collection; just something I’ve been trying to scoop-up for fun. I’d buy those cards all-day long for $750.00-$1,000.00.
Edit… Just went back and read about possible mis-grade. I’d still say your pricing is far to low. But, if it’s going to a good friend who is going to appreciate the card, and you don’t mind leaving money on the table, I’m sure he’d be thrilled! It’s not always about the profit in this hobby!

Its an interesting one since you can’t get the PSA grade/price guarantee they would deem this just a normal Shadowless.
Do your friend a favor and sell the card, not the grade. As long as he/she understands the condition, I say go for it. That’s one of the more glaringly poor PSA 8’s I’ve seen… and I’m wondering if it might be a typo. But it’s third party authenticated non-the-less. Personally I’d grade it a 5, and PSA 5 was ranging around $300 or so, last I checked.
