PSA Submission Query

Hey guys, quick question about sending a submission to PSA.

I sent a package through Fedex Express from Australia last week and it arrived on Friday. I haven’t had any communication from PSA yet about it and no confirmation the submission has been received. Is this a normal occurrence? The two previous submissions I sent were confirmation as received within one day of arriving.

It is a 50 card bulk submission so I am not fussed how long it takes to process, I just wouldn’t mind knowing it has been received and wondering what other peoples experiences are.

Cheers

Yes. It can take a full week before the system tags the package as being in house at PSA.

Ok thanks for the reply, I feel fine about it now just wanted to check

I have had it take nearly two entire weeks.

@ruthlessrain enter your tracking here to ensure that it is in their facility. “Received” from the courier, but not yet received into the system. If it shows as delivered on your tracking and received on their end then you are all set.

Thanks for that, it actually is coming up as received and processing now. That completely clears it up for me I was just a bit worried initially. Thanks for your help

@ruthlessrain Any reason you went with Fedex? I imagine it would be very expensive compared to Auspost

The PSA submission form basically stated they only take Fedex and USPS so was not aware Australia Post was an option. It was expensive though haha. Have you submitted to PSA with Australia Post before? Which postal address did you label it too?

Yeah I would recommend shipping via auspost here is the address:

PSA
P.O. Box 6180
Newport Beach, CA 92658

USPS is who will deliver the package once it enters the USA if you post via AusPost

You honestly just saved me so much $$$ cause Fedex is a rip off in Australia. Thanks for the heads up will definitely do that from now on

I have always used Auspost for shipping to PSA.
