PSA Set registry

Hello so I recently uploaded all my PSA cards to their set registry. Problem is about 22 of them were registered to their previous owners. I submitted the request for them to be removed. I also reached out to the people I got them from and they also wasn’t the ones who added them to the set registry.

The only way around it is thru uploading images of front and back but once I do it doesn’t accept my photos. I’m guessing because they aren’t scans. I reached out to the customer service department with images over a week ago but no response. My expedition Arbok Holo automatically adds a zero Infront of the number I enter and says it’s a cello pack…

Do you guys think if maybe I go to my post office to do scans they will upload or is it just problems on the PSA website? Any advice would help

Last time I recall doing this, I think they added a requirement - something like a written timestamp, I don’t remember the specifics. Maybe that’s the problem

Should I try to get ahold of someone sense my images aren’t loading? I’d definitely like to solve this problem

You can just email the pics to customer service and also list out the PSA numbers, and they’ll get it fixed for you.

Edit—pics with your name and date in the pics.
