How hard is it to get psa to update a master set collection on their system?
I emailed them recently to update one and was just looking for feedback on how people have gone in the past.
The master set in question hasnt been updated since 2019 from what i can see.

Over the last 3 years I think I have seen 1-3 updates on the different sets I am tracking. Anecdotally the more popular update faster. With that said I have not seen any updates recently and have 139 open requests at the moment

Seems to be taking a long time. I wouldn’t mind the mpre obscure stuff i’m asking but there’s a paldean fates reverse but no normal version on there for me.

I managed to get 20 of my slot requests added after I directly emailed them about it, saying it had taken an inordinately long time to have them fulfilled. It took them almost 2 months to respond, but when they did, all the requests were added withing 15 minutes.
I emailed them with maybe 10~ requests for the houndoom set and they added 2 of them. Didn’t seem to make sense really.
They added the reverse holo obsidian flames houndoom but not the regular one, when i requested both… lol
Back in the day when people focused on completing sets and grading was $8 or less, this was their bread and butter. Now most people are grading for resale value and PSA lost touch with what collectors want… their card in a slab in a set registry
