What grade should/do you think this shining ray would receive from PSA due to its printing defects?
I’ve gotten 9s on cards like that.

On the Neo destiny shinings there are sometimes feint impressions on the backs due to over-embossing of the textured stamp… I’ve not had issues with them impacting the grade in my experience.

I have a few cards with this defect, it’ll come down to the grader.
Mine all got 10s.
Not really. Any grader for any company that sees that won’t give it a 10. They may overlook it though I don’t know how.
PSA definitely overlooked it then cause I have a couple 10s with this defect.
