PSA No Longer Grading No symbol raichu

I have seen stuff like this before. It’s likely to result in a loss of value. I have many of these graded and not but I don’t sell them so it doesn’t affect me…but if I did sell mine I’d be seriously pissed.

Does this mean that any card that’s doesn’t get graded anymore by PSA just isn’t considered a ‘legit’ card in the game/scene anymore?

Same question was asked in the FPOcharizard thread but was never answered… 'cause if that’s true & PSA decides to not grade any “error” cards anymore, then what? All the norarity/symbol/error/sample collector’s have their cards declared worthless (or het hit with a big loss of value)?

[assuming SMpratte doesn’t save us from all this happening ofcourse  thanks for reaching out to PSA and fighting for the good cause!]

If they don’t encapsulate them anymore then more people will pay a premium for the already encapsulated one, if that is a card in high demand. I dont understand why psa wont grade them.

Would they take efour as a source if posted in the articles section? They rejected my WB inverted stamp electabuzz again and I have the other three in PSA cases; having electabuzz not encapsulated is driving me nuts. It be an easy way for all of us to get documentation, as I’m sure almost every notable error can be found on the forum for images.

I even contacted bulbapedia in hopes I could get them to add the image to their page, but the most they did was put a note in their trivia that it exists. (Side note: I’ve come to realize the bulbapedia ppl have a shocking lack of knowlege on cards for the source they’re supposed to be.)

You generally get relatively more for a graded and authenticated item than you do an ungraded one so you’ll lose value there. Pregraded ones generally arent affected and may even increase.

You said, “… isn’t considered a ‘legit’ card in the game/scene anymore?” Not with known errors that are missing text info. Cards with info added are more suspect.

Very possible.

@cullers Outside of the main few people at Bulbapedia, most are clueless.

I provided multiple references for the Ninetales error. However they typically want something official, which is impossible for error cards.

I could help improve their Pokemon problems, but they don’t pay enough. Honestly they really need to stop bullshitting with Pokemon.

Bulbapedia is a wiki, isn’t it. Can’t you just add it yourself? Maybe the mods will remove it, but the Mewtwo also has the WB Stamp error on its page for many years now:

bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mewtwo_(Wizards_Promo_3)

If you don’t have or don’t want a Bulbapedia account you can also send me some HD pictures, then I’ll add it to the gallery of the Electabuzz page for you.

I was told only specific people can edit it. If you can let me know and I’ll send you an image, I’ll even send the pikachu and dragonite.

Same man… RIP

Would it be possible at all to get WOTC to confirm that this happened? I know it would be a long shot but it might work…?

Unfortunately WOTC will not cooperate with anything regarding Pokemon.

Looked into it, I can edit articles. The issue is getting permission to upload images.

archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Special:Upload

I get permission error when trying to go to that page.

Infiltrate their ranks. We need someone on the inside.

Learning something new about grading every day

Don’t tell me what to do.

Ah, didn’t thought about that… Never uploaded pictures before on Bulbapedia, only edited some missing release information or promos here and there.

Just checked, and as expected I also don’t have permission to upload images. :slightly_frowning_face:

Does anybody have a complete list of cards that won’t get graded?

Just reckon it’ll be good to know so in future don’t waste my time sending off cards that won’t be slabbed
