Hey there,
2 questions if any of you fine people could help me out.
The PSA labels on some of my PSA cards seem warped/not flat, nothing too dramatic but looks sort of like what paper does when it gets wet, and dries. Warped, wavy surface.
One of my Neo Typhlosions is labelled incorrectly as a Togetic. This also has a red dot error (which i like!) next to the set symbol.
In both of these cases, do PSA offer a ‘re-labelling’ surface if i’m worried it affects the eye-appeal of the cards, and what about the Typhlosion issue? Would they break the case and re-grade for free considering they’ve made a mistake?
Any help appreciated.
The wavy label is somewhat common. I’ve been told it is from the label being folded incorrectly by PSA. You can get the card re- encapsulated if the wavy label bothers you.

And certainly they’ll correct the mislabel. Just send it in on a regular submission form.
Thank you both! It does bother me i guess… looking at this pristine object and then the label is all wonky and bubbled!
2 questions first then…
Do you have any experience with costs associated with re-encapsulation? is it just the cost of submission/postage?
When correcting the mislabel, they will have to completely grade the card again yes? as they won’t be sure whether this is a wrong label completely or just the wrong card name?
Also, while we’re on the subject of PSA, i’m in Australia, is there anybody you’d recommend as a 3rd party for PSA sends from this territory or is it simple enough to set up my own line of communication with PSA and send directly?
Once again thank you to the community for this wealth of insight!
Thank you.

No, they won’t regrade the card. They’ll simply redo it with the corrected information on the label.
@ozenigma For aussie psa submissions/questions for sure.
