I am curious if anyone knows when the front UV strip was introduced… I have two cards with the lighthouse label and one has UV PSAlogo strip on from and one does not. Both have it on the back. Slightly concerned now on this new card I got.

I would not be concerned. The current label has a number of tweaks since it’s been introduced in 2017 (here’s a thread if you’re interested). Although I do not know for certain I would estimate the strip to have been added in the last 5 years.
Thanks… I read over the link… Interesting to see the evolution over the years… Does not mention the UV strip at all. I shot over an email to PSA . Will se what they say.

Your Venusaur was probably graded in 2014-2015 and was re-cased between 06/14/2017 to 02/21/2021. As it has the older cert number and new case.
02/22/2021 PSA’s new lighthouse case came into effect so your Squirtle will have been graded after this time.

Which part of PSA’s article says that? There is no mention about the front ultraviolet PSA logos.
The article states;
“Ultraviolet PSA Logo Pattern
The PSA logo on the lower left of the reverse of the label will illuminate to reveal additional smaller PSA logos, when hit with a UV light.”
This from what I gather is talking about the 6 small PSA logos that surround the larger logo on the reverse left. See image below.
The OP is talking about the front ultraviolet logos therefor, I still believe the answer which I previously posted is correct.
I know what op was asking however to me what made sense was since they added the UV to the back chances are they it added it to front at the same time and 2017 is the only thing I came across that mentions anything about the ultraviolet logo.
