So just got this in the mail from a pwcc listing.
Both card and slab looks really good so not really questioning the authenticity, however I noticed something different with this slab. the top red bar in the PSA label doesnt have the small inprinted PSA logos that should be visible under bright light. I compared it to every other newer PSA slab I have and all of them have this except for this one.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I opened up a few of my scans and they all have the blue waves in the label. Is yours pure white?
@shadowrex, I can’t speak for OP but I think I do see some faint blue lines.
The blue waves are there. But all my other newer psa slabs have very small clear color psa logos printed all the way cross on the top red bar. It can only be seen in bright light from a specific angle. The logos appear big in the center and grow smaller as you look to the left and right. Very hard to capture on camera but I can try once I get home
To clarify: they are on the top red border all the way across side to side
Never in my life have I ever noticed. But sure enough they’re there. Also it looks like they alternate right side up and then upside down. These don’t show up on scans.
So i’m not crazy and just seeing things 
so all my new logo slabs have this, but this one doesn’t which I find strange. Does all yours have them?
These were added on sometime during 4xxxx
The new “lighthouse” label was introduced in 2017 during late 2xxxx. These do not have the logo across the top. I have cert #28248698 here I graded myself that has the new label but no lettering. They skipped over 3xxxx straight to 4xxxx. I have another card I graded pre-pandemic with cert #41393497 that also does not have the top logos.
From the pile of cards I grabbed, the lowest cert with logos along the top is #46384701 . In other words, there’s no issue with the card you posted.

Just checked all of my slabs (not that many) and found some interesting details.
The lowest of my cert numbers that DOES have the embossed "PSA"s that you mentioned on the front is 4447xxxx - every one from there on up has them, but none of the lower cert numbers.
But then I found another newly added/changed security feature on the backside of the label. On the newest generation of labels, there is also “PSA” embossed within the central silver PSA logo on front and backside of the label. On earlier certs, it’s “CLTCNASDAQ”.

The lowest cert number of mine that does already have the "PSA"s on the silver logos is 4806xxxx. So to sum it up, within my small slab collection:
< 4447xxxx: NO "PSA"s on the front top red frame bar + “CLTCNASDAQ” on the silver logos
*everything inbetween*: YES"PSA"s on the front top red frame bar + “CLTCNASDAQ” on the silver logos
≥ 4806xxxx: YES "PSA"s on the front top red frame bar + “PSA” on the silver logos
Do what you want with that information 
Took a look at all my slabs again and you are absolutely right on all above!
