I’m fairly new to the whole grading process and have tried both BGS and PSA in my quest to get a set of 10s.
My questions is in regards to my recent return with the (OC) grade with PSA.
Does the OC devalue the card or does it have appeal with the collectors who like errors?

It will devalue it to certain people, and make it more valuable to others, I really like them!

That’s the thickest stamp I’ve ever seen on that bulba.

I’m definitely a big fan of off-center base set. It seems there was better quality control than today. I like seeing a card that doesn’t come up as often. I appreciate the tag.
