Do "OC" grade specific cards have a value boost?

If you try and get a “OC” mark on a psa graded card does that increase its value at all? Does being off center become collected (increasing potential value) once it passes a certain extreme?

Definitely boosts value to error and oc collectors but I don’t imagine the average collector cares

Fair enough, makes sense. Thanks

I would pay much less for a PSA 9(OC) than I would a regular PSA 9. Even though the card is graded as mint, the aesthetics is too much to overlook.

I would as well, couple CoroCoro mews are right around the price I’m looking to pay but the centering makes them look so much worse

I’ve seen more OC coro mews than any other OC card out there. So their commonality probably plays into their desirability. Most other OC cards seem to gain a greater interest. The more OC, the more desirable it is in those cases.

Pokemon truly is like, the only hobby where an OC card can command the same price as the equivalent condition card that is centered… or, as others have said, a premium. It’s incredible!

Can anyone answer, when you are trying to get on OC grade on a card do you have to somehow specify or select it? Or does PSA just give it an OC grade?
