Looking to move these to invest in other cards. I can sell the entire crystal holo set for 3200 euro right now. Think this would be a wise thing to do or do these have more potential to grow in the future ?
3200 is about $3700US, which I believe to be quite cheap for a complete PSA 9 crystal set. As an owner of a psa9/10 crystal set I would not sell it for that price. I personally would hold on to them, they are very popular cards and are from a time of low print runs. Even though the pop on them has skyrocketed recently and the prices have dropped a little i would still consider them to be a good investment.
I’ve also got a near complete PSA 9 crystal set minus the charizard Holo. As someone who follows the market on this closely I would put a price on it something like this.
Charizard-$1800
Ho-oh-$600
Celebi-$500
Lugia-$500
Crobat-$350
Nidoking-$250
Kingdra-$250
Golem-$250
Kabutops-$250
Total $4750
If you add in the reverse.
Charizard- $500
Celebi-$350
Ho-oh-$200
Crobat-$150
Golem- $100
Kabutops-$100
Total $1400

I don’t think this is a sale-thread. I think OP is just trying to decide on whether he should sell these cards now, or whether he should hold them for awhile. It sounds like someone offered him whatever price-point and he’s just trying to get an opinion on whether he should sell or hold these cards.

It seems this fact skews your valuation. Half of those cards are available on eBay right now some with multiple copies for 10-20% less than you’ve listed their value at. Every single card on the list has also recently sold for less than your quoted prices, some fairly substantially less. Honestly I think the $3,700 USD from the OP isn’t unreasonable. It all depends on the OP’s preference and what buying opportunity they have at the moment IMO.
