Is this a misgrade? PSA gave this 1st edition base zapdos a PSA 2, but I think this is at least an 8. I do not see anything warranting a PSA 2 on this. Don’t think it’s bent anywhere…

We’re living in a 3 dimensional world so trying to draw conclusions from a 2 dimensional picture is pointless.
You’re concluding that the card could be an 8 based on edgewear. That’s the only conclusion you can draw from a 2-D picture. And edgewear is a massively overblown factor in card buying.
It has the edgewear of an 8 but there could be virtually anything wrong with the card.
It could be creased, bent, or dented, in multiple places and none of the damage would necessarily show up on camera. It could also be wrinkled or warped or have issues with moisture damage that wouldn’t be obvious unless you were holding the card. The entire top layer could be peeling off from one corner and you wouldn’t be able to tell. Or it could be another one of the thousands of misgraded cards.
